Delivery

How long will it take for my publication to arrive?

You will receive your first issue at the latest four weeks after receipt of your order. If you have ordered a digital product (digital edition / audio download / vocabulary trainer), you will be able to access the current issue immediately. You will also have immediate access to dalango and premium memberships.

 

 

Can I specify the start issue of my subscription?

Yes. Just let us know when you would like your subscription to begin or contact our customer service team.

 

What do I do if I move or my address changes?

Please contact our customer service team.

To which countries do you deliver gifts?

We deliver gifts within Germany, Austria and Switzerland free of charge. We do not pay for the delivery of the gift to other countries. Please ask our customer service team about delivery charges to other countries.

How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

You will receive your bonus gift about 10 to 14 days after the new subscriber has paid their first invoice – as long as stocks last.

 

What if my magazine doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?

Simply contact our customer service team, stating your customer number. They will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

Can I have magazines / audio products sent to a temporary address?

Yes. Just give our customer service team sufficient notice of the dates between which you will be away, and your subscription will be redirected to your temporary address.

Can I suspend my subscription?

Yes. Give our customer service team sufficient notice of the dates between which you do not wish to receive the publication and your subscription will be suspended for this period. Your subscription will be extended automatically thereafter.

 

When will I receive my digital edition / my audio download / my vocabulary trainer express?

Subscribers normally receive their digital edition / audio download one day before the print products go on sale in shops. You will receive a new episode of the vocabulary trainer on the 1st and 16th of every month.

Will I be sent the digital edition / the audio download / the vocabulary trainer by e-mail or will I have to download it?

You will be sent a link by e-mail. This will redirect you do a download archive. There, you will be able to install your digital edition / audio download / vocabulary trainer on to your device.
